Shadowrun Returns is an old style RPG based on a robust and well calculated gameplay. Shadowrun Returns is a cross between an RPG and XCOM style combat. A simple game with a solid storyline. This is a wonderful game. Superb setting. Superb dialogue. Superb story. Theres at least a degree of replayability through vastly different character builds and some choices, so the game should be good. Lots of class race options and tons of ways to build a character, and lots of spells and skills. Shadowrun Returns is fun. Fun but short. Fun but a little simplistic. Fun but a bit too limited. Extremely fun and faithful to the Shadowrun world.
If you like playing tabletop RPG games, you must play this. If you like old school RPG games, with a lot of text, deep story and some tatical action this game is your game. If youre interested in this. Id recommend you check out the second Shadowrun game. Its better than this one in every way. Shadowrun Returns is probably the best point of entry for the series. All in all, a fun experience if youre into that sort of thing.
